How are the ordered products delivered?

We ship from Italy to most International destinations, using Postal Service Registered Mail (standard service). Shipping requires signature upon delivery.

Standard Service takes approximately 1-2 weeks to most locations depending on the country. The delivery time with standard shipping option is NOT guaranteed. It is merely computed based on the average delivery time of majority of orders shipped through standard mail. Although we make every effort to ship all orders within 1-5 business days, their delivery is beyond our control and it entirely depends on the postal service. Therefore some orders may take much longer to arrive.

Please notice Registered Mail does not provide tracking service during transit. You will only receive delivery or attempted delivery information.

To ensure your order arrives on time for the special occasions, we highly recommend you place your order as early as possible.

How is the payment done?

By credit card through the secure server of Banca Sella (no sensitive data will be transmitted to us).

How long does it take to receive the ordered products?

All orders will be shipped after credit card approval and order processing. This process may take 1 to 5 business days at which time the order will be posted.

The delivery time depends on the post office service from the country where it is done, but we send the parcel within 5 working days from the order.

For large, corporate or special purchases the lead time will be arranged with the customer before placing an order.

Return policy

Just contact us at and we will guide you through the process of returning our product and even supply you with a return mailing label you can print out.
As a general policy we do not accept any unannounced parcel.

You may return items sold by Profumo.it within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of its price.
The product should be in its original packaging and should not be noticably consumed.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your package to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
